A pendant based on a mosaic floor's pattern found in the archeological excavations of the lower city of Sephoris, Israel. The Roman-Byzantine city located in Lower Galilee was a walking distance from Nazareth, where Jesus' childhood and adolescence took place.
Looking at the pattern from a certain angle, I saw a small cross shape in the center, and arrow shapes coming out of the center towards the four corners of the frame. It reminded me of Jesus' last words to the disciples before he was taken up: "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witness to me in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth." (The Acts of the Apostles, 1, 8)
