Almost at the end of his annunciation to Mary, just before concluding his words with: "For with God nothing will be impossible", the angel Gabriel told her that her relative Elizabeth conceived a son in an old age and that she is six months pregnant. After he left, Mary decided to visit her relative as written in Luke 1, 39-40: "Now Mary arose in those days and went into the hill country with a haste, to a city of Judah, and entered the house of Zacharias and greeted Elizabeth. And it happened, when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, that the babe leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit."
This meeting is called 'The Visitation'. Beautiful words were said by both. (Luke 1, 42-55). In a way, this was also the first meeting between two other relatives - Jesus and Jhon the Baptist, still in their mothers' wombs.
