Ruby, Citrine and Garnet stones are inlaid in tongues of fire descending from heaven in the upper right side of the pendant and hitting an altar accurately. On the left side of the altar there is another one, undamaged. On the other side the prophet Elijah is standing, his arm is raised up, while his other hand is pointing towards the slopes of Mount Carmel, down to the left.
There, the prophets of Baal are running away towards the Kishon brook. Their altar is not burned and the cut parts of the bull for the sacrifice are still on it.
The 3 blue stones under Elijah's burned altar symbolize the water in the trench around it that were licked up by the fire. These stones, together with the 9 inlaid in the fire make a total of 12 stones in the pendant, like the 12 stones used by Elijah to repair the altar of the Lord that was broken.
