Tongues of fire studded with Garnet and Citrine stones in the upper right side of the pendant are descending and hitting an altar. This altar was built on the summit of Mount Moriah by king David, who is kneeling next to it. On the slopes of the hill to the left there are long parallel "staircases", that simulate the construction method of residential houses according to the topography at the city of David.
Above them on left side are the arms and one wing of the angel that David saw "standing between earth and heaven, having in his hand a drawn sword stretched out over Jerusalem". The upper arm is 'meeting' a tongue of fire and the other one, by God's command, is returning the sword to its sheath.
Thus the plague God sent upon Israel ended, as written in 1 Chronicles 21.
And in the place chosen by God for David's altar, Solomon his son will later build the first temple.
